A ready-made spreadsheet with the details the Finnish Tax Administration expects. Kilometres, the business share and the year's total are calculated for you.
According to the Tax Administration, a driving logbook should show the following for each trip. It must also show the total kilometres driven with the car during the year.

Fill in the registration number, the year and the odometer reading at the start of the year. Log each trip on its own row straight after driving — a logbook rebuilt from memory later is hard to verify.
Mark each trip as business or private in the "Business / private" column. The sheet totals your business and private kilometres and works out the business share as a percentage.
For my clients the logbook runs on the phone with GPS — no spreadsheets. Bookkeeping, VAT and the logbook from €30/month incl. VAT.
